- Project specifications, plans, and meeting notes
- Screenshots of the print designs for your review
- Printer information for print jobs, and any other third party vendor information
- Follow-up notes or documentation after the project has been delivered
- Any other relevant information that is unique to the given project
View Sample Project Website Determine the Print VendorYou may already have a preferred print vendor, or you may want us to get competitive print bids. OJC has worked with local and regional printers, and we understand how to obtain the highest quality print job for the most reasonable cost. Coordinate with the Print VendorOnce the print vendor has been established, early communication with them is vital. To deliver the product on time, they may need to buy paper, order custom inks, and staff adequately. We make sure your job is on the printer's schedule at the beginning of the project.
