40 North/88 West website powered by OJC Software

On April 16, 2003, 40 North/88 West, the Champaign County Arts, Culture and Entertainment council became the newest user of OJC's powerful WebEasel software. The software allows users to edit their internet sites through a browser, and makes it possible for people with little or no technology experience to keep their website's content current.

At the time of WebEasel delivery, 40 North had content on their site that was more than 5 months out of date. Within 5 days of the WebEasel delivery, 40 North had brought time sensitive content up-to-date and added content where there hadn't been any before. Don Elmore, who maintains the 40 North website, praised WebEasel, saying "Wow...just about any company with a website could be using Web Easel. It's a very cost-effective way to manage content, and it's incredibly easy to learn and to use."

To date, OJC has also delivered WebEasel to The Urbana Business Alliance, UIC Office of Internal Affairs, and Grace Lutheran Church. Champaign County Health Consumers is in the process of purchasing WebEasel, and Provena Covenant is interested in using it for All Girlz Radio.
