OJC helps improve dental access in Champaign County with SmileHealthy.org website

Urbana, IL (Oct. 30) - OJC Technologies has successfully completed and implemented the SmileHealthy! website, a site dedicated to improving access to dental care for children and underpriveleged citizens of Champaign County.

Smile Healthy! is a partnership between public radio station WILL-AM 580, commercial radio station WBCP-AM 1580, Champaign County Health Care Consumers (CCHCC), and members of the community. SmileHealthy! was funded partially through a grant from Sound Partners for Community Health. A portion of this grant money was allocated to building the website, and OJC contributed matching funds for this purpose.

OJC designed a bright, appealing website which features stories and resources concerning Champaign County residents who are in dire need of affordable dental care. The website is now completely maintained by the community through an easy-to-use web interface where users may input photos and text to update the site.
