UIC Office of International Affairs web site debuts; 8th site designed for UIC by OJC Technologies

The web site for the Office of International Affairs at the University of Illinois at Chicago, designed by OJC Technologies, went live today.

The Office of International Affairs (OIA) site marks the eighth UIC site completed by OJC. OJC originally worked with UIC's Office of Public Affairs in a comprehensive redesign of the university's main web site. The result was a multiple-award-winning site, and the establishment of design/identity standards and guidelines for web development throughout the UIC system.

OIA's goals included creating a clean and easy-to-follow interface for their information-heavy site, as well as following the UIC identity standards and basic site template.

In addition to designing and producing this site, OJC built it to be easily updatable online, by inputting text into a form in the browser. Authorized editors may do this without having to be trained in HTML or web development. This time-saving functionality is an example of how OJC continues to build and improve on an already successful product, the UIC web site.
