UIC's new website, built by OJC, goes live
After months of intensive research, development, and testing, the new website for the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), designed and programmed by OJC Technologies (OJC), has gone live.
The new site was built with an intuitive navigation structure, a contemporary and appealing interface to appeal to students and prospective students, a revamped site architecture to assist the user in finding information quickly, improved accessibility for disabled users, and a consistent graphic theme which follows UIC's established logo and visual identity standards. Additionally, brief marketing messages appear on each of the site's main pages which highlight unique and impressive aspects of UIC.
OJC also designed and programmed the related sites for UIC's Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration and Records, and News Bureau.
"The new site looks GREAT! Tremendous improvement over anything we've had on the Web," said Mark Rosati, UIC's Chancellor for Public Affairs. "Thanks to you and your team for a job well done."
The URL for the UIC website is www.uic.edu.
