UIC Summer Session
The original UIC Summer Session website was content rich and attempted to provide every sort of information for every situation to every type of user, but users usually gave up sorting though it all and wound up calling the office for assistance. Architecture and usability design were the keys to redesigning the site. Cascading menus use lightweight javascript technology. The new version has reduced user phone calls by over 80% in the first two months since its launch.
