Being academics, we enjoy following trends in requirements gathering and system design, but no trend is a magic bullet. Since day one, we have been improving our documentation formats as we learn to work with each client according to their unique needs.

Quality is Assured.

Where other firms track defects with Post-It notes, we use bug-tracking software. And we allow our clients to try out their system and request changes before delivery. Where other firms use their programmers as testers, we employ separate testing teams to verify that we deliver bullet-proof systems that meet their requirements.
